sorry is not a good word.. when someone say sorry,it means tat he or she has let you down,has disappoint you.. and when you say sorry to others,it means tat you had let the others down or had disappointed them.. haiz..but then without the word sorry, misunderstanding cant be solved, hatred cant be solved either..
